BrightStart Caledon Family Centre is applying for a Commonwell L.E.A.F. grant to help us expand our Let’s Get Together (LGT) program. Currently, the LGT program supports families with children ages 0–6. With your help, we can extend this vital support to include children ages 7–12, ensuring that more Caledon families raising children with exceptional needs have access to age-appropriate programs and community connections.
The grant will fund coordination, staff facilitation, materials, and guest speakers — essential resources that make this program possible. Without this support, we won’t be able to meet the growing need in our community.
