BrightStart Caledon Family Centre provides quality programs and family supports for children, parents, and caregivers in Caledon and the surrounding areas. Through board diversity of age, strengths, ideas and backgrounds, BrightStart Caledon can continue to plan for the visibility and viability of our organization, its programs, community supports and the positive outcomes for the families and young children we support. In 2011, the Board of Directors adopted the Canadian Code for Volunteer Involvement. In adopting the Code, BrightStart Caledon commits to value and support the contribution of volunteers through respectful, meaningful and inclusive engagement.
We are currently seeking volunteer Board Directors (Governance/Organizational Risk Management, Legal, Finance, Fundraising, Community Engagement/Communications, Human Resources, lived experience as a consumer of child and family programs and services) to replace members who have reached the end of their term.
