Diane Karsch

Diane oversees day-to-day operational activities across BrightStart Caledon, including risk management, facilities services, IT, and supports health & safety and finance. She values her role in an organization with a strong mission and enjoys using her skill set to help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Diane could perhaps best be described as the steady presence at the heart of the organization’s operations. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her son—especially when they’re building imaginative Lego creations together.
