BounceBack® gives you access to materials and resources that can be customized to fit your needs. You will learn new skills through workbooks, activities, videos, and a trained coach who can provide up to six telephone sessions. BounceBack Coaching is available through the provincial Ontario Structured Psychotherapy program.

- Identifying hearing loss in infants prior to 3 months of age and provide communication programming by 9 months of age
