CDP offers services to children from birth to school entry in three programs:

• York Region Preschool Speech and Language Program
  • The program focuses on the prevention, early identification and treatment of speech and language problems
• Tri-Regional Infant Hearing Program
  • Identifying hearing loss in infants prior to 3 months of age and provide communication programming by 9 months of age
  • Serving York & Durham Regions; Peterborough, Northumberland, Haliburton Counties & City of Kawartha Lakes
• Tri-Regional Blind-Low Vision Early Intervention Program
  • Service to children from birth to school entry, who are blind or have vision loss to reach their full potential
  • Serving York & Durham Regions; Peterborough, Northumberland, Haliburton Counties & City of Kawartha Lakes
• York Region family self-referral and professional referrals
