Katie Fines

As one of the newest members to the Board of Directors, I’m excited to contribute to Brightstart Caledon.   My professional experience and post-secondary education are focused on human resources.   For the last 11 years I worked at my family’s business, Fines Ford Lincoln Sales & Service Ltd, as the HR Manager.  I was responsible for recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, benefits and pension administration and payroll.  Prior to this, I worked for Vale, a global mining company in a variety of HR roles ranging from HR Business Partner, Campus Recruitment Manager and Career & Succession Specialist.   I’ve lived in Caledon since 1987 and when I was off on maternity leave with my son, I enjoyed the programs Brightstart Caledon offered in my neighbourhood!
