WHAT IS KIDS PATHWAYS PEEL SERVICE COORDINATION?
Families, service coordinators and other service providers work together to develop and implement a service plan for each child and their family. In many cases, a family may be experiencing stress or confusion as a result of being involved with many agencies and wants help coordinating multiple services.

Services Include:
- Family Connect Support Group: For parents & caregivers supporting children (11+), youth and/or an adult with developmental disability or dual-diagnosis
- Crisis Support: The Peel Crisis Capacity Network can be accessed between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm during regular business days through our crisis line at 905-273-4900.If you are calling outside of these hours please contact our After Hours Crisis Support . They can respond to your immediate crisis needs and will connect you with a PCCN Staff member as soon as possible: Clients can contact 24.7 crisis support Peel at 905-278-9036 for support and a referral into the Network.

Services Include:
- Personalized support to help you understand your family’s unique strengths and needs so you can parent more confidently.
- You may be eligible for PIPP if you have a child under 3 years of age and you’re:
- Feeling sad, worried, or alone.
- Finding it hard to know what your child needs.
- Dealing with stressful life events
The Peel Infant-Parent Program (PIPP) is a partnership between the Region of Peel, EarlyON Child and Family Centres, and EveryMind Mental Health Services. There are two parts to PIPP, where eligible families attend an in-centre program and are also supported by a child and family clinician who provides confidential online, or in-home sessions.
