BrightStart Caledon Family Centre’s brand new Snowflake Winter Market is a new addition to our fall event lineup. It takes place the same day as our Snowflake Social – a longstanding event which Caledon families and children have enjoyed for over 2 decades. The Snowflake Winter Market will be a festive event with cheerful holiday décor, festive music, great holiday shopping, and maybe even a little snow outside the windows!
The BrightStart Caledon Snowflake Winter Market features a carefully curated selection of makers, artisans, creators, festive retailers, and baked goods vendors.
We are currently accepting vendors for the market. Vendor spaces are limited, and applications will be reviewed to ensure a high-quality shopping experience for visitors. If you are interested in being a vendor and would like more info, please fill out the form below. Applications will be reviewed by our Winter Market Committee. Only successful applicants will be contacted with instructions regarding payment, set up details, marketing assets, etc.

VENDOR FEES and SPACE INCLUSIONS – (Taxes extra, non-refundable, payable in advance)
This is an indoor market offering an opportunity to showcase your handcrafted and unique crafts and gift items.
- Each vendor will be given an 8×8′ Space, 2 chairs and one table (72″x30″)
- Book your space before October 15, and pay $65+ HST.
- After October 16fh, the booking price will be $75+HST
- Last date to register – Friday, November 6, 2026 – 4 pm.
VENDOR LIABILITY INSURANCE
It is required that all vendors carry adequate liability insurance for market events. Vendors must have $2 million liability insurance and are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the Town of Caledon and the BrightStart Caledon Family Centre as additional insured. If you do not currently have insurance, PAL Insurance offers reasonable rates but other companies also offer this type of insurance. Demonstrating coverage ensures a safe, smooth experience for everyone. If you already have insurance, please email or drop off a copy to Shelly Ives ( sives@brightstartcaledon.com ) by no later than October 30, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited vendor space and the number of applications we expect to receive, only vendors who are selected to participate will receive an official acceptance email.
All other applicants will be placed on a waitlist and may be contacted if a suitable space becomes available.
Please note that official vendor acceptance and payment information will only be sent directly from BrightStart Caledon Family Centre. If you are accepted, you will receive instructions outlining the next steps for confirming your space and submitting payment. If you have not heard back from us by November 6th, please email sives@brightstartcaledon.com
