“Families, Food and Fun” is a Growing Together in Peel program generously funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada – Community Action Program for Children (CAPC). This program focuses on improving the health and well-being of young children, as well as offering support and new skills to their parents and/or caregivers.
CAPC programs are provided primarily for teen parents, newcomers and parents with children 0 to 6 years of age who are facing financial challenges.
