This 8-week school readiness program is for children entering Junior or Senior Kindergarten. Children will have the opportunity to practice skills needed for school with peers and EarlyON facilitators. Children’s natural curiosity will be encouraged along with inquiry, problem-solving, language & communication, cognitive & fine motor skill development. Adults will be onsite in a separate space and will receive tips & information and gain strategies to support their child to engage in learning and build those important skills. School Here I Come aligns with How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years.
This program is for children entering school in September of the current year.
