Susan Partyka, Finance Manager

Working closely with BrightStart Caledon’s Executive Director, Susan is responsible for the management, planning and reporting of all finance, accounting and payroll services. Her connection to the organization began after she accessed child and family programs and supports in her home community as her family navigated the challenges of raising a child with complex needs. The warmth and sense of belonging she experienced there inspired Susan to join our team. She brings technical expertise and heartfelt appreciation for the organization’s mission to her role, along with her trademark sunny smile. During her downtime, she enjoys spending time outdoors—often on an ATV or snowmobile, exploring the natural beauty of the region.
